NextPax GDS Suite / Reconline AG - What data is managed where?

This article describes which data streams can be managed through connectivity via NextPax, and what data manually has to be created and managed on Reconline CRS.

NextPax has an advanced connectivity with Reconline AG's CRS, though there are setup and data management areas that have to be managed in Reconline AG's CRS. 

Accommodation Partner Login

Once accommodation partners have received their login details for the Reconline CRS they can login using the following link: https://www.reconline.com/e/login.html

Static Data of the Accommodations

We have maximised and integrated all API capabilities between NextPax and Reconline AG CRS, but the static data creation and management has to be managed from Reconline CRS.

Create new listings In Reconline CRS
Edit listings (listing data, amenities, etc.) In Reconline CRS

Availability, Rate, Inventory & Bookings / Cancellations & Modifications)

This information all runs via NextPax connectivity. In order to send availability, rates and inventory over to Reconline CRS all the hotels, room types and rate-plans have to be mapped in NextPax, this is explained in a separate article. 

Regarding bookings, cancellations and modifications, these are all delivered via NextPax to your PMS, or made available in our NextPax Supply API. Payment Details will be shared with your payment service provider of choice, and depending of choice and policy set for Reconline AG also be initiated.
