Booking.com - Property Page Scores & Advice
This article provides detailed information on the Booking.com Property Page Scores that are visible in NextPax and how to improve your Property Page Score on Booking.com.
The Booking.com Property Page Scores, normally available in the Booking.com Extranet, are now also available in NextPax Core. You can go to Channels --> Channel Insights --> select Booking.com as a channel and the first tab hosts the Booking.com Property Page Scores, the scores are categorised in 5 pillars and combined represents the quality of a property on Booking.com.
- Property page score (or content score): Refers to the quality of the property content on Booking.com. Max score is 100%.
- Quality rating: Refers to the quality rating for vacation rentals (Booking Home properties). Max score is five.
- Reply score: Refers to the reply rate of a property, or how well they perform when it comes to replying to guests. Max score is 100%.
- Review score: Refers to the average guest review score for a property. Max score is 10.
- Work-friendly score: Refers, in percentage, how close a property is to fulfilling the necessary eligibility criteria to obtain a work-friendly badge on Booking.com.
On the right side there is also a button "view advice". Here you can asses per property what is needed to enhance the accommodation even further. See below an example of such an advice and it also represents the full requirements to optimise a property on Booking.com
