What’s the impact to our accommodation partners
NextPax doesn’t have to change anything in our connectivity when the One Key Program goes live. However there are some eligibility rules across earn and redeem OneKey loyalty program points.
The loyalty program works in conjunction with Expedia’s Expedia Collect payment program, which allows them to especially run the redeeming of OneKey’s loyalty program points. Basically the traveller then pays in points to Expedia Group, and Expedia Group as for a normal reservation, paying out the accommodation partner via virtual credit card or bank transfer.
