Trip.com - Contracting Process

This article describes the contracting process for accommodation partners with Trip.com.

If you, as an accommodation partner, do not yet have a signed agreement in place with Trip.com, you will first need to complete the Trip.com Know Your Partner (KYP) Form. This form is used by Trip.com to verify and register your company details and is a mandatory step before any commercial collaboration can begin.

Once Trip.com has reviewed and approved your submission, they will prepare and activate your agreement. After the agreement is fully set up on Trip.com’s side, Trip.com will share your unique contract ID with NextPax. As soon as this contract ID is received, NextPax will be able to configure and connect your accommodations to Trip.com via our channel management platform, enabling the distribution of your properties, including availability, rates, and content, on the Trip.com marketplace.
