Property - Pricing - Pricing

In this article we will go over the 1st tab under Pricing, the 'Pricing' tab, which contains the Length of Stay Pricing we imported from accommodation partners.

Within the Pricing tab we showcase the pricing from the accommodation partners in the Length of Stay format, which is the go-to-format for the vacation rental segment mostly, hotels tend to use multiple rate-plans & occupancy based pricing.

Within the pricing overview we showcase three colours of pricing. This indicates if the price for a certain stay is lower, on average, or higher than the usual pricing provided by the accommodation partner.

Let's also take a look at the different drop-down boxes the accommodation partner can use in the top of the screen. First of all number of guests; if accommodation partner provide their pricing per occupancy within the LOS pricing model, they can switch between the pricing for each occupancy using this dropdown. The highest occupancy is always the max occupancy of the property.

The second drop-down is in case you would like to see channel specific pricing. This comes especially handy if you are using the rate-multiplier/ rate-discounter tool. In this example given, we are looking at Booking.com

If you hover over a particular price point, the user can also identify how that price is built up. In this case it's the basic rate + a multiplier of 4,7% (1.047).

The third drop down is to select the pricing for a particular rate-plan

The fourth and fifth drop downs are to select a different month and calendar year for the view.

Single Unit & Multi-Unit Properties and Pricing

The pricing for Single Unit properties is available at that Single Unit, but for Multi-Unit properties the Pricing tab is only available at their respective Unit Types
