This article describes the property channels tab and the 2 sub-menu's it has: overview & mapping
Once enabled on accommodation partner level under 'Channels' and once the 'Channel Settings' are completed, the enabled channels will start to be visible on property-level.
Overview
Within the overview page, the user can see which properties:
Enabled/Disabled: They can see which properties are enabled or disabled on a certain channel.
Content Sync: Whether we are synchronising content as well, or only ARI & Reservations.
Rate-Multiplier: They can see which multiplier is applied on the pricing for that property on that channel. This tool is available for limited set of customers only. Eg. if the normal pricing is 100 EUR a night, and a multiplier is applied of 2% for eg. Airbnb, the price for Airbnb customers becomes 102 EUR. The rate-multiplier can also be used negatively, to add a channel specific discount (often used for net rates). Normal promotions are sent via our Promotions tool.
Threshold: Used for unit-type properties only, to indicate until what inventory level we are able to sell. Eg. if there are 100 standard rooms, and a threshold is set at 3, that channel is able to sell until the available inventory count of the standard room is 3.
Status & Redirect URL: This is the status and property listing URL of a particular channel. We support this at the moment for the following channels:
Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Google, Holidu, HomeToGo, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, Check24, Feline, Finn.no
Mapping
In the second tab the user can see the mapping between the different channels, our ID's and the supplier's their ID's.
In this way the accommodation partner can always verify the mapping of booth property and room-level mappings at their channels.
