      NextPax Pricing

      NextPax offers a flexible monthly pricing model for property managers and PMS platforms that want to use NextPax as their Channel Manager to distribute properties to OTAs and other booking channels

      Monthly Fee per Property

      • Starts at $10 per property per month

      • You only pay once per property, no matter how many platforms it's distributed to — even if you're live on 10+ channels or OTA's, it’s still one fee

      • Pricing decreases as your portfolio grows — the more properties you connect, the lower your rate

      • If you manage a high number of properties and connect Tier 1 channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, or Expedia) via NextPax, a performance-based pricing model can be discussed.
