NextPax & DiBs by Nets - Onboarding Process
First step is that the property manager has to enable the CC payment with the NextPax API key, When this is implemented by the Property Manager and CC payment is enabled on their end, NextPax can start with the test-phase. To realise a test NextPax needs the following information from the Property Manager:
- DiBs Merchant ID:
- Login:
- Code:
Before making test reservations, please instruct DiBs Payment Support to activate “Allowed to send carddata” for the merchant ID involved. If that’s not done the DiBs API will reject any credit card information (cc number, cvc/cvv code, expiry date etc.)
Once the information is provided by the property manager NextPax can facilitate a test booking to see if the CC payments are accepted via the API. The test result request and the response are then shared by NextPax, using the ZeroBin secured solution. When the request and response are correct, it can go live, payment is taken correctly and the status lands in your system - we can go live.
