      The NextPax Core 'Messaging & Reviews' will provide a centralised messaging & reviews solution for Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo & Expedia.

      Within this section of our the Core channel management system, accommodation partners can for Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo & Expedia:

      - view incoming messages per channel.

      - respond incoming messages per channel.

      - view incoming reviews per channel.

      - respond incoming reviews per channel. 

      - view messaging & reviews analytics

      - apply settings and automations related to messaging & reviews.

      Our Key Messaging & Review Solutions

      Today, when it comes to managing messaging & reviews we understand that every accommodation partner perhaps is looking for a different solution, hence we provide different solutions to tailor to your needs.

      1. Unified Inbox: For the partners that are really using our channel management system as a center of their operations. They can use our unified inbox where we aggregate all communications and reviews.

       

      2. Email Forward Solutions: For the partners that would like to route all the Messaging & Reviews, still to an inbox, where their teams are operating from, we do provide an email forward solution. The API led message will be converted into an email, and sent to the email address provided by the accommodation partner. Once replied, we will then convert it back to an API-led message and send it to the particular channel & traveller involved.

      3. Messaging & Reviews API For the accommodation partners and PMS systems that are using our Supply API we also offer a wide variety of Messaging & Reviews API endpoints.
