This article will explain the unified inbox in NextPax Core CMS, and focus on the guest reviews part of it. Aside from guest reviews, we also have a unified inbox for messaging.
Within this inbox NextPax aggregates all guest messaging for Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo, utilising their Reviews API solutions to aggregate and centralise all guest reviews within one inbox, and offer the accommodation partners to respond them.
It will showcase reviews from multiple channels and give the star classification. Also it will provide if the review is already replied or still outstanding a reply.
Responding a Guest Review
If an accommodation partner wants to respond the review, simply open the particular review and write a response message. There is also a possibility to setup auto-replies for the real good reviews, to save some time in manual responding & increase efficiency. For setting up auto-replies, explore this article.
Review Tags
Some channels will expose to us structured informational tags around the review given by the guest, it will group positive tags and negative tags, and we display them on each review. For now only Airbnb supports these tags. An accommodation partner can find these tags on the right when opening an Airbnb review.
