How can I distribute and/or connect new or reactivated properties to channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or others?

How to enable new or reactivated properties on a channel such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia directly from the Property Overview in NextPax Core.

When you add a new property in NextPax Core, or reactivate an existing one, it is not distributed to your channels automatically. You decide per channel which properties are sent out, and you do that yourself in Core — no support request needed.

Before you start

  • The property exists in NextPax Core and its content, rates and availability are complete.
  • The channel you want to distribute to is already active on your property manager account. If the channel is not yet in the dropdown, it still needs to be onboarded — start from Matchmaking or contact your account manager.

Enabling a property on a channel

  1. Log in to NextPax Core.
  2. Go to Channels in the menu on the left.
  3. Open Property Overview.
  4. In the dropdown at the top right, select the channel you want to distribute to (for example Airbnb or Booking.com).
  5. Select the properties you want to distribute.
  6. Click Enable, just below the selected channel name.
  7. In the pop-up, choose whether to sync Rates & Availability only, or the Full Content as well.
  8. Confirm. NextPax handles the distribution from there.

Rates & Availability or Full Content?

Choose Full Content when the property is new to the channel, or when descriptions, photos, amenities or fees have changed and need to be pushed again. Choose Rates & Availability only when the property already exists on the channel with the right content and you only want pricing and calendar updates to flow.

When will the property be visible?

The push from NextPax happens right away, but how quickly a property appears on the channel differs per OTA. Some publish within minutes, others run their own review or content-validation step first. If a property is still not visible after the channel's usual publication time, contact NextPax Support.

Using the NextPax Supply API?

If you are connected through the NextPax Supply API, you can enable channels for your properties straight from your own system — at property manager level and at property level. There is no need to log in to Core for this step.
