This section describes the channel-settings that accommodation partners should complete when they are onboarding to Holidu.
This page informs you as the accommodation partner about the channel settings of Holidu and how to fill this page in correctly. One can navigate to this page via Channels → Channel Settings, or via Channel - Channel Overview - Holidu and then via the quick-link to Channel Settings. It will open this screen, with all the settings available for Holidu:
We will now go over each section to explain what the settings are used for:
Credentials:
The provider name is always provided by Holidu (called Holidu Identifier) - You can request it with your Holidu account manager. This name is required if you wish to be able to onboard your accommodations from NextPax onto Holidu.
Content Settings:
There are a couple of content settings to take care of, and you should carefully evaluate if they are applicable to you as an accommodation partner.
Disable Property Reviews: For accommodation partners that do share their reviews within NextPax, but they explicitly don’t want these reviews to be shared with Holidu, YES needs to selected here. Else a NO.
For accommodation partners that are distributing Multi-Unit Properties (holiday parks, hotels, resorts etc.) towards Holidu.
Export MU Amenities: When selected ‘Yes' we will distribute on Unit Type level also the multi-unit amenities. This is due to the fact Holidu doesn’t have a front-end to showcase multi-unit information.
Export MU Descriptions: When selected ‘Yes' we will distribute on Unit Type level also the multi-unit descriptions. This is due to the fact Holidu doesn’t have a front-end to showcase multi-unit information.
Export MU Images: When selected ‘Yes' we will distribute on Unit Type level also the multi-unit images. This is due to the fact Holidu doesn’t have a front-end to showcase multi-unit information.
Note: Use MU pictures for UT’s is currently under Channel Settings on this page, but will be moved to Content Settings soon.
Pricing Settings:
This section has the different pricing-settings available for Holidu.
Currencies to skip conversion: With Holidu our normal setup is that we convert currencies to EUR currency. If you as an accommodation partner wish to have certain currencies to be skipped, please indicate those here.
Price Model Length of Stay: Apply ‘Yes’ if your pricing is LOS pricing, and 'No' if it is Occupancy Based Pricing (Daily Rates).
Is Service fee refunded? Apply ‘Yes’ if you refund the Service Fee, ‘No’ if you don’t.
Terms & Conditions Fallback & T&C Language Fallback: Here the user can provide the terms & conditions and the language, if not provided in the account-settings (preferred location).
