Airbnb Review Scores Overview

With the Airbnb Review Scores Overview an accommodation partner can see, measure and act on their review scores given by the Airbnb traveller community, in order to improve their hosting quality.

Being the first tab under Channel Insights for Airbnb (Channels --> Channel Insights --> Airbnb), the Airbnb Review Scores Overview provides an accommodation partner with a full overview of their average review score development over time, and on top provides a full overview for all properties on their average review scores, including sub score elements, realised number of bookings and revenue.

The graph on top of the Review Scores Overview will allow you to see and analyse the average review score developments over time for all your accommodations. The buttons on the right will allow you as accommodation partner to select the data period that you would like to see, and how you would like to have the data grouped.

Data Period: 7, 30, 60, 90 180 or 365 days back.

Group by: Per Day, Per Week, Per Month, Per Quarter

In this way you can define what graph you would like to analyse and this functionality allows you to switch between short-term behaviour analysis to a more analysis over time.

Also all the sub scores that make up for an Airbnb Review Score are presented, these are:

Airbnb Sub-Score Elements:

  • Checkin
  • Cleanliness
  • Communication
  • Location
  • Value

Furthermore we will provide you an overview for each property, on their average review score, average review score sub-elements and interconnect that with the amount of bookings and revenues generated via Airbnb for that particular accommodation. This allows you to zoom-in on problematic accommodations, and as an accommodation partner you can try to improve the situation for the most important properties first, by watching the revenue that these properties potentially can generate on Airbnb.

Moreover there is the ability to apply filters on each of the properties, filter on review score and to extract the raw data by running a report extract into Excel/CSV or Google Sheets.
