Under Airbnb Resolutions we show all cases from Airbnb’s resolution center and we are connecting each case to our listing and booking data. Moreover we are syncing all resolution case statuses, allowing the accommodation partner to take action.
The Airbnb Resolutions overview hosted under Channel Insights (Channels --> Channel Insights --> Airbnb) informs the accommodation partner over all open, closed, escalated and other type of cases in Airbnb's Resolution Center that requires attention.
For this overview, where we can aggregate the resolution center cases for multiple host accounts if needed, we provide all the listing information, booking information, the information about the resolution case, the suggested action for the accommodation partner from Airbnb, the case status and initial date of raising the case, and a link-out to the matching resolution case on Airbnb. All actions related to resolution cases still have to be performed within the Airbnb host account, our tooling provides the overview.
On the upper left, you can see the top cases by status.
On the right you can find the reporting functionality and the opportunity to filter, an interesting filter would for instance be to filter out all escalated cases or new cases.
