Airbnb - Promotions Overview

This article provides an overview of which promotions we support with Airbnb.

In the NextPax Promotions Engine we support the following Airbnb Promotions. These promotions can be activated either in our application or through the NextPax Supply API.

New Listing Promotion 

This promotion provides a 20% discount for the first 3 reservations on a new property. 

Basic Non-Refundable

This promotion enables you to provide a discount for a non-refundable policy. This so the traveller gets a discount, but then cannot cancel free of charge anymore.

Basic Last Minute

This promotion is used to attract last-minute reservations to fill gaps.

Basic Early Bird

This promotion is used to set discounts before the normal booking window kicks. 

Seasonal Early Bird

This promotion allows for seasonality to be set for the early bird promotions.

Seasonal Last Minute

This promotion allows for seasonality to be set for the last-minute promotions.

High (Top) Guest Rated Discount

This is a 15% discount promotion offered only to travellers with a 4.8 star traveller review score or higher on a minimum of 3 reviews or more in Airbnb.

Mobile Promotion 

This is a 10% discount promotion offered to users of the Airbnb application on their mobile.
