Under notifications we provide an overview of all Airbnb notifications hosts may get around their listings. They can then easily link-out to their Airbnb host account to take action on the notification there.
The Notifications Overview provided under Channel Insights for Airbnb (Channels --> Channel Insights --> Airbnb) provides a full overview of all notifications received from Airbnb on your accommodations. As an accommodation partner you have a full overview for all your accommodations, even if you operate multiple host accounts.
The Notifications tab, can be used to quickly navigate to the Airbnb Host Account's notification in order to take action there. Sometimes Airbnb would like you to reactivate the listing from Airbnb, or read the ground rules of hosting quality, before acknowledging a reactivation following suspension. For internal administration you can mark a notification as done, once you have taken action as an accommodation partner.
Airbnb is operating the following notification types, and it can happen that an accommodation partner can be confronted with the following notification types:
- Take Action on Listing Issues
- Listing under Warning
- Listing Pending Removal
- Listing Suspended
- Listing Verification Required
- Payout Info Required
- Taxpayer Info Required
- Host Additional Compliance Requirement
On the top left you can see the top notifications button, that you can expand to see what notification type is the most pending with your accommodations.
And on the upper right side you can find the menu items reporting, filtering and the ability to search for a particular host ID that you would like to review notifications for, this is especially handy for enterprise accommodation partners in need of operating a multitude of host accounts on Airbnb.
