The Trip Issues under Channel Insights for Airbnb (Channels --> Channel Insights --> Airbnb) will provide the accommodation partner to find an overview of all related trip issues reported by Airbnb travellers. 

Trip Issues has 3 elements that accommodation partners need to watch.

Reviews lower than 4: For these reviews generally attention is required, and NextPax will for that reason also share all the Airbnb negative review tags in this report. 

Customer Service: If Airbnb customer service had to intervene on a reservation, due to a traveller complaint, this is being considered as an trip issue.

Host Cancellation In any case a host cancels a reservation beyond 30 days before arrival this is also being considered as a trip issue for the Airbnb traveller.
