Airbnb - Manage Guest Expectations on Checkout Tasks

On Airbnb, accommodation partners have the option to pre-inform their travellers of possible check-out tasks they need to perform. You can now set this up via NextPax as well.

As travellers leave the property you can now inform them via Airbnb what you'd like them to do upon checkout. These guest expectations on check-out tasks can both be managed on partner setting level (to apply for all accommodations), as well as on accommodation level, if you wish to apply it only to a certain amount of accommodations.

When a functionality is ticked, also specific instructions can be provided in text format.

Once saved, NextPax will manage the setting on Airbnb. Please understand though, that reviews may be negatively impacted if you have to many check-out tasks for your travellers, in the end they are your guests). In a hotel, a guest also does not have to take out the trash of the dustbin right? But whenever you have check-out tasks, it's better to at least pre-inform and manage guest expectations upfront.
